For more than 25 years, I have worked closely with top executives through some of the most demanding moments of their professional lives. Our conversations have explored ambition, responsibility, power, betrayal, uncertainty, identity, purpose, and the deeper human dynamics that shape how we lead.
In this keynote, I explore that inner dimension as a practical discipline – one with profound consequences for how we make decisions, build trust, and create something that lasts.
Drawing on my work as an executive coach, advisor, and author of The Inner Life of a CEO, I combine practical experience with psychology, human behavior, and timeless principles of personal leadership.
