Majken Lorelei Matzau is the founder and CEO of Matzau Business Psychologists. She is an experienced commentator, writer, and expert, and regularly speaks to the press on topics within business psychology, including leadership psychology, stress, and personal development.

Majken Lorelei is a highly experienced business psychologist. Since 1997, she has worked in corporate psychology and consulting, developing and leading organizational and leadership development projects for a wide range of national and international companies.

She holds a Master of Science in Psychology (M.Sc. Psychology) from the University of Copenhagen and is a licensed psychologist, credentialed by the Danish Psychologist Board. She also holds a degree in International Business from Copenhagen Business School.

Majken Lorelei works as a top Executive Coach for senior executives, and for many years she has served as advisor and sparring partner for senior executives, board members, and owners in both Danish and international companies.

Majken Lorelei is the author of five books, the newest being The Inner Life of a CEO – Behind Closed Boardroom Doors, which is to be released in 2027. She is also the author of Real Men Break Too (People's Press, 2014), Stress Free in Twelve Weeks (People's Press, 2012), and Stresscoaching – The Art of Providing the Right Answers (L&R Business, 2009), whose methods have transformed the approach to stress, leadership, and coaching in Danish business life.

Under her artist name, Lorelei, she is also the author of The Song of the Universe (People's Press, 2017). Beyond her books, Majken Lorelei has written extensively for Danish trade publications and business media.

She serves as an expert commentator on psychology, stress, and leadership for leading Danish media, including JP, Berlingske Business, TV2, and Danish national broadcaster DR.

Majken Lorelei owns the historic building at Vesterbrogade 60A, which in the 1800s housed the renowned library of Caspar Frederik Wegener.
