A psychologist who heard the universe calling

I have always been drawn to consciousness – not only as an academic discipline, but as a living mystery. From my earliest memories, I have been compelled by the great questions of existence: Who am I? Where do we come from? What is all of this?

I studied business first and psychology second, but it was psychology that became my calling. For more than twenty-five years, I have advised C-level leaders and developed organizations across Europe and the United States – while living a parallel life as a composer and performer of meditative music.

The two have never been separate paths for me. Everything we perceive is filtered through consciousness, whether we are studying a leadership team or the structure of the universe itself.

What I have learned, again and again, is this: leadership is first and foremost an inner discipline. The way we lead others is inseparable from the way we lead ourselves.

In my keynote, “Leading Beyond Ego,” I bring that insight to the stage – exploring what happens when leaders move beyond fear and habitual patterns, and begin leading from clarity, presence, and purpose.

Delivered as an interactive talk of 30 minutes to 1.5 hours, in person or online, for leadership conferences, company events, and executive summits worldwide.
